Symposium Description

Large DX rooftop systems have become exceedingly more efficient, quieter and first cost competitive with other types of HVAC systems.  With the advent of modern variable speed compressor technology and acoustically efficient variable speed fan technology, large rooftop DX systems can have extremely low life-cycle costs and high sustainability.  We will examine the intricacies of these systems with an eye on design and application engineering detail.
